Do I have to book in advance?

Yes, all tours should be booked in advance. We accept all major debit and credit cards (excluding American Express) and PayPal.  Online booking is done via https://wolfburn.com/pages/tours

Will I be able to sample whiskies as part of the tour?

Yes. The specific whiskies and the number of samples vary depending on the tour. Our Classic tour includes a tasting of our core range of five whiskies at the end. Our Premium tour includes the core range, plus several rare and collectable whiskies as well.

How many people can join each tour?

We welcome a maximum of 15 guests at a time. All experiences will be accompanied by a tour guide.

Can I bring children?

Yes. Children between the ages of 6 – 15 (inclusive) are free of charge. 16 & 17 year olds are half-price. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate infants below the age of 6.

What if I need to change my booking?

To change the date or time of your tour booking, email us at tours@wolfburn.com or call us on +44(0) 1847 891051 We’ll do our best to accommodate changes up until 24 hours before your original booking time, although we’re unable to guarantee availability.

What if I’m late for my tour?

If you arrive late, and your tour has already started, we’ll do our best to accommodate you on the next one available if we can. However, as experiences and tours have limited spaces we’re unable to guarantee that there will be spaces available.

I have mobility issues. Are your tours suitable for me?

Wolfburn Distillery is wheelchair friendly (including the toilets). However, part of the tour involves an elevated steel walkway, which unfortunately is not accessible by chair. Mobility-impaired visitors are very welcome on our tours, and we will try to include them as much as possible, but for practical reasons, there will unfortunately be part of the tour that is not accessible to them.

Are there any exclusive whiskies available to purchase that I can buy during my visit?

We regularly release special editions which are available to purchase at the distillery shop. There is also a fill-your-own bottle which is exclusively available to visitors.

I’m driving. Can I take away samples with me, instead of doing the tasting?

Yes – you will receive a free 5ml miniature to enjoy later (unfortunately it is not possible to provide free miniatures of the full range).

I’d like to share feedback on my experience at the distillery. How do I do that?

We hope you enjoy visiting Wolfburn, and we’d love to hear your feedback. Your tour guide will be pleased to receive your comments after your tour, or if you’d like to share more detailed feedback with us, you can contact us on tours@wolfburn.com If you’d like to tell others about your visit, a review on TripAdvisor, Trustpilot or Google Reviews would be much appreciated.
