PENTLAND HIGHBALL

A bright, spice-laced highball where smooth whisky liqueur meets vibrant orange.

TRY THE Receipe:

RECIPE:
• 1 shot Pentland whisky liqueur 
• 1 shot orange Jägermeister
• 3 dashes bitters
• Thin orange slice
• 100 ml tonic water
• Cinnamon stick, to garnish.

INSTRUCTIONS:

• Fill a highball glass with ice.
• Add spirits and bitters.
• Top with tonic water and stir gently.
• Garnish with an orange slice and a cinnamon stick.

HIGHLAND SOUR

A vibrant Highland sour where mature whisky and citrus lift are framed by basil and thyme.

TRY THE Receipe:

RECIPE:
• 1 shot Pentland whisky liqueur
• 2 shots Wolfburn 10-Year-Old whisky
• 20 ml fresh-squeezed lime juice
• 4 fresh basil leaves
• 2 sprigs fresh thyme
• Basil leaf and thyme sprig, to garnish.

INSTRUCTIONS:

• Add all ingredients (except garnish) to a shaker with ice.
• Shake well until chilled.
• Double strain over fresh ice.
• Garnish with basil leaf and thyme sprig.

A velvet-smooth blend of potent spirit and spiced botanicals with a bright citrus finish.

• 3 dashes bitters
• Orange peel, to garnish.

INSTRUCTIONS:

• Fill a rocks glass with ice.
• Add all spirits and bitters.
• Stir gently until well chilled.
• Express orange peel oils over the drink, garnish, and serve.
