Charity fundraising bottle for the Royal Marines Historical Society
Since its inception, Wolfburn has endeavoured to employ veterans from the police and armed forces, and related charities have always been close to our hearts. We've previously produced numerous charity bottlings, including Help For Heroes and PoppyScotland, and funds raised exceed £60,000 in total. Our latest fundraising bottle is for the Royal Marines Historical Society, which does an incredible job of preserving Britain's maritime and commando forces legacy, and is entirely funded by voluntary contributions. £15 from each bottle sold will go directly to the RMHS.
Why the Royal Marines Historical Society?
Much of Britain’s maritime heritage is preserved for future generations by volunteers and entirely funded by charitable contributions. The Royal Marines Historical Society is a good example of this, and they do stellar work of preserving – and sometimes unearthing – historical knowledge of the UK’s amphibious military capability. We salute them and we are delighted to support them with a unique co-branded whisky.
Wolfburn prides itself on employing veterans of the police and armed services, and on preserving our own little slice of history by continuing to produce whisky the old-fashioned way: by hand, and without haste. We are delighted to raise funds for the RMHS via this superbly unique single malt scotch whisky.
