A Refined, Gently Smoked Single Malt

This lightly peated Morven Single Malt Scotch Whisky is made from malted barley infused with smoke during the drying process. It’s a reflection of history – the original 19th-century distillery was largely fired by peat. Gentle distillation is followed by maturation in our purpose-built warehouses. The result is a beautifully smooth and rounded whisky.

ON THE NOSE
Initially smoky with hints of fruit and fresh sea air, accompanied by vanilla and oak wood shavings.

ON THE PALATE
Floral notes abound, followed by raisins and light spices. Malty flavours open up on the palate, with soft honey sweetness at the finish.

FINISH
Soft peaty tones ensure a smooth and lingering finish. Hugely enjoyable.

46% ABV.
Non chill-filtered / Natural Colour
70cl

The whiskey club

My favourite all rounder whiskey is Glenmorangie 10 year malt whiskey. But visiting my brother and family at Thurso where we visited your distillery and got to sampling your range, I had to buy one and drink it while staying up here for two weeks. I was very impressed with the Morven. The lady who gave the tour mentioned that Bakewell Derbyshire( not far from where I live) has a shop which Wolfburn is available, I will be in there. Keep up the good work

Thank you so much for taking the time to visit our distillery and for trying out our Morven Single Malt Scotch Whisky. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed it and that it has become one of your favourites. We also appreciate your kind words about our tour guide and we hope you had a great time with your family in Thurso. We hope you'll continue to support our brand and we'll make sure to keep up the good work.

Cheers to many more great whisky experiences!
