12-Year-Old

The flagship of the Wolfburn range, shrunk to fit inside a cracker. Twelve years split equally between hand-selected second-fill Oloroso sherry butts and ex-bourbon casks have given this one real depth: honey and burnt sugar, soft spice and a steady sherry sweetness, with the faintest wisp of peat smoke on the nose. The finish lingers on dried fruit and caramel, long after the jokes have worn thin.

10-Year-Old

This 10-Year-Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky marks a significant milestone in the history of the distillery: it is our first permanent age-statement release. Crafted from spirit fully matured in hand-selected second-fill Oloroso sherry casks, a full decade in Spanish sherry oak has resulted in a delightfully sweet and sumptuous whisky – a fitting testament to the skill, dedication and patience of Wolfburn’s master distillers.

8-Year-Old Northland

The smooth and warming flavours present in Northland come from the unhurried way in which the spirit is made, and from the maturation, which takes place in American oak quarter casks. Matured and bottled on site, Northland represents the first chapter in the history of Wolfburn.

Aurora

A beautiful sherried whisky is made from spirit laid down in a combination of bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks. Benefitting from long fermentation and slow, gentle distillation, the spirit is laid down on site in our purpose-built warehouses. At the end of the maturation process, the casks are brought together to create an exceptionally smooth and perfectly balanced dram.

A Wee Dram to Enjoy This Christmas

Our first-ever Christmas miniature, and we couldn’t resist dressing it up. This year’s special release swaps our usual matt bottle for a bespoke clear 5cl, so you can admire the colour before you get to the good part. Inside is single malt aged for at least ten years in specially selected Oloroso sherry casks: dried fruit, festive spice and a warmth no paper hat can match. It does exactly what the label says.
