Our whisky begins with extended fermentation, allowing complex fruit notes and natural depth of character to develop within the wash. This is followed by slow, gentle copper pot distillation, producing a clean and refined spirit that forms the foundation of Wolfburn’s signature smooth and easy-drinking style.
12-YEAR-OLD SINGLE MALT WHISKY
This whisky is the flagship of the Wolfburn range. Crafted from spirit matured in equal parts in hand-selected second-fill Oloroso sherry butts and ex-bourbon casks.
10-YEAR-OLD SINGLE MALT WHISKY
This 10-year-old single malt marks a significant milestone in the history of the distillery: it is our first permanent age-statement release.
MATURED IN HAND SELECTED OAK CASKS
Every Wolfburn single malt is matured in carefully selected oak casks, chosen for their ability to enhance structure, aroma and richness over time. From American oak bourbon barrels to specialist finishing casks, each wood type contributes distinct flavour layers, ensuring complexity while preserving balance and elegance.
8-YEAR-OLD NORTHLAND SINGLE MALT WHISKY
The smooth and warming flavours present in Northland 8 Year Old whisky come from the unhurried way in which the spirit is made, and from the maturation, which takes place in American oak quarter casks.
AURORA SINGLE MALT WHISKY
This beautiful sherried whisky is made from spirit laid down in a combination of bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks.
NON-CHILL FILTERED NATURAL COLOURED
All Wolfburn whiskies are bottled non-chill filtered and with entirely natural colour. This preserves the whisky’s full body, authentic texture and natural oils, delivering a richer mouthfeel and a more genuine representation of Highland single malt Scotch whisky.
MORVEN SINGLE MALT WHISKY
This lightly peated whisky is made from malted barley infused with smoke during the drying process. It’s a reflection of history – the original 19th Century distillery was largely fired by peat.
